If there are areas that do not look uniform or need attention due to dings or scuff marks, we repair these, no questions asked. We don’t nickel and dime. We can provide quotes for whole unit painting or partial painting by the room.
Maintenance
We perform full maintenance and have met and solved almost any maintenance issue that you can think of. MOST of our maintenance work does not require the unit to be blocked out to perform. We are experienced enough and have the resources to complete most of the maintenance work without you having to forgo rental revenue.

Whether you’re refreshing after a long rental season or getting your space move-in ready, we handle the details: minor blemishes, small hole patching, and caulking touch-ups are all included in our standard package.
Our pricing is simple and transparent: wall painting starts at $3.25 per square foot for one coat using the same color. Need a little more? We offer add-ons like base trim painting at $2.00 per foot, crown molding at $2.00 per foot, and $65 per side, per door for interior, closet, or louvered doors. Popcorn ceiling removal, flat ceiling painting, and turnaround touch-ups are available with a custom quote. Just give us a call, and we’ll tailor a solution that fits your space and your schedule.
